Navigating Life Expands Implementation & Engagement Support for Provider Organizations
Technology can solve many problems, but only if people actually use it. And that only gets harder when priorities shift, budgets are threatened, and we’re operating amid an ever-evolving staffing crisis.
Over the past several years, one thing has become increasingly clear. The organizations seeing the greatest success with new technology are not necessarily the ones with the largest teams or the most programs. They’re the organizations that have strong internal champions, invest in staff engagement, and continually look for ways to make the tech a part of everyday program operations.
That’s why we’re excited to announce an expanded investment in implementation and customer success here at Navigating Life.
Roger Mumper has officially joined the Navigating Life team as our new Implementation & Engagement Strategist, bringing more than a decade of experience in direct support, management, and technology leadership at NuPath (a provider of Adult I/DD services in Massachusetts).
Many of our partners already know Roger through training, implementation support, and product collaboration over the past several years. At NuPath, he has helped build one of the strongest Navigating Life implementations we’ve seen, combining operational leadership with a deep understanding of the day-to-day realities that direct support teams face.
In this new fractional role, Roger will work directly with provider organizations to strengthen adoption, improve engagement, and ensure agencies get the greatest possible value from the platform.
His work will include:
- Supporting implementation and onboarding
- Helping agencies increase staff and family engagement
- Sharing best practices around consent management and platform utilization
- Conducting regular utilization check-ins with customer organizations
- Bringing customer feedback directly into future product development
Roger will also help build a stronger community among Navigating Life administrators. Implementing new technology can sometimes feel isolating, especially when every organization is working through similar questions independently. Our goal is to create more opportunities for administrators to learn from one another, exchange ideas, share successful approaches, and help shape the platform’s future together. Ultimately, we’re all better when we can collaborate.
"One of the things I’ve always appreciated about Navigating Life is that it’s built alongside the organizations and people using it. I'm excited to work more closely with agencies across the country, help them overcome implementation challenges, and share the practical lessons we've learned so every organization can be more successful."

At Navigating Life, we’ve always believed that success doesn’t end once a platform is launched. The best technology partners continue showing up long after implementation is complete.
By expanding our implementation and engagement support, we’re investing in what matters most: helping organizations reduce administrative effort, strengthen communication, and create more meaningful connections between the people they support, their families, and the teams providing care.
