Server Update

We’ve completed a server performance update to improve push notifications and date filtering. These updates were deployed between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM EST.

Release 3.0.22

This release brings a mix of updates focused on improving user permissions, comment management, and goal data tracking.

Changes:

Social Member Role Updates

- Enhancements have been made to the Social Member role to better align permissions and access with user expectations.

Enhanced Comment Management for Admins

- Admins can now edit and delete the comments of other users in their groups.

Data Logging Enhancements

- Navigating Life now supports initial goal tracking, allowing providers to log progress alongside behavior data.

- Labels and chip colors have been updated to distinguish between Target Behaviors (light orange) and Goals (green).

- This helps teams begin tracking goals simply as we plan for a more robust module.

Admin Updates: Comment Moderation

To support a higher level of admin moderation and persons supported pilots of the technology, admins can now moderate all comments made in the app via the Admin Portal. This includes viewing, editing, or deleting comments if necessary.

Release 3.0.21

This release introduces a major update to posting—tagging is now required or must be explicitly opted out of, along with performance improvements to optimize post feed loading.

Changes:

Client Tagging Updates

- Updated the client tagging flow to require tagging at least one client or explicitly opting out before proceeding, ensuring cleaner and more intentional tagging.

Performance Improvements

- Optimized post loading to significantly reduce memory usage and prevent crashes when displaying a large number of posts.

- General performance enhancements across the app for smoother and faster user experience.

Server Update

We’ve completed a server performance update to improve post loading speeds. Users, especially those accessing large volumes of posts across multiple groups, should now experience significantly faster and more efficient loading. These updates were deployed between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM EST.

Organization Admins can now view staff posting activity in a new chart-based reporting widget, making it easy to visualize and compare engagement across the team. This data is also available for export, helping admins track trends and support active participation.
