Navigating Life 3.0 App is now available on the App Store and Google Play! 

Granting Access to your Device

For Apple Devices

Notification Settings
  1. Open Settings.
  2. Go to Notifications.
  3. Scroll down to Navigating Life (If Navigating Life doesn’t appear in Notifications, you will need to Reset Your Notification Settings).
  4. Enable Allow Notifications and adjust your alert settings to your preference.

Location Services
  1. Open Settings.
  2. Go to Privacy & Security.
  3. Tap Location Services.
  4. Turn on the Location Services switch at the top.
  5. Scroll down to Navigating Life. Ensure that location services are either While Using or Always.

Photo Library Access
  1. Open Settings.
  2. Scroll down and find the Navigating Life app.
  3. Tap Photos.
  4. Choose All Photos

For Android Devices

Notification Settings
  1. Open Settings.
  2. Click Notifications.
  3. Click App Notifications.
  4. Search or scroll for Navigating Life.
  5. Enable notifications.

Photo Library Access
  1. Open Settings 
  2. Select Location.
  3. Turn on the Use location switch at the top.
  4. Go to App location permissions.
  5. Set permissions for Navigating Life to Allow only while using the app.

Camera Permission
  1. Open Settings.
  2. Scroll down and select Apps.
  3. Find and tap Navigating Life.
  4. Tap Permissions
  5. Choose Allow only while using the app.

Users Migration from 2.0 to 3.0

All users will be required to reset their passwords in order to log into the app.

You can reset your password directly in the browser here or on the login screen you can click “Forgot Password.” Both options will prompt you for your account’s email and send you a reset email (see image). If you don’t see the email in your inbox within a few minutes, please check your spam folder, as password reset emails can sometimes be flagged as spam.

Emails are sent from [email protected] so if you continue to have trouble we recommend adding that address to your trusted email contacts.

Ensure that all required fields are filled out, including Location, Group, and Caption.

Make sure all required fields are completed, including Date, Times, Client, Group, Location, Notes, and Behavior/No Behavior.
