Navigating Life is designed to support safe, private, and appropriate communication within human services organizations.
During implementation, each organization identifies and trains an application administrator who manages user access, permissions, and group visibility. This ensures that only approved users can access the groups and content they have been invited to view.
Organizations can also designate supervisory users within programs who are able to help monitor, edit, and moderate content as needed. This creates local oversight within each program, so someone familiar with the people, staff, and context can help ensure content is being used appropriately.
Navigating Life also includes inappropriate language flagging to help prevent inappropriate words or comments from being shared by staff, families, or people supported who may be using the app.
