Your organization’s Navigating Life administrator is responsible for granting user access, and will send you your log-in information.
New users will first download the Navigating Life app from the App Store (Apple/iOS users) or from Google Play (Android users). Once the app is downloaded, you can set up your account by resetting your password here. Once you have access to your account, visit the Getting Started with Navigating Life page for help setting up the application.
Current Navigating Life users, reach out to your contact your organization’s Navigating Life administrator. Administrators looking for help documentation can reach out to [email protected].
For prospective organizations looking for more information on Navigating Life, please contact our sales team.
You can reset your password directly in the browser here or on the login screen you can click “Forgot Password.” Both options will prompt you for your account’s email and send you a reset email. If you don’t see the email in your inbox within a few minutes, please check your spam folder, as password reset emails can sometimes be flagged as spam.
Emails are sent from [email protected] so if you continue to have trouble we recommend adding that address to your trusted email contacts.
