Sturbridge, MA & Woburn, MA – February 23, 2026—Venture Community Services today announced a new partnership with Navigating Life to enhance how families and guardians stay connected to the day-to-day experiences of people receiving services.

Through an annual licensing agreement, Venture will implement Navigating Life, a private, HIPAA-compliant communication platform that gives families a real-time window into program activities—capturing meaningful moments, milestones, and progress as they happen.

Navigating Life allows direct support professionals (DSPs) to securely share photos, videos, and updates from programs, creating a living record of engagement that families can follow along with and talk about with their loved ones. All content is time-stamped, permission-based, and designed to support transparency while maintaining privacy and compliance.
