Having Difficulties with Push Notifications?

Are your notification settings for Navigating Life not showing up on your device? Follow these steps to get them working!

When an app is first installed, Apple prompts you to allow notifications. If this prompt is declined, the notification option won’t appear in the device settings. To resolve this, you can reset your Location & Privacy settings on your device, followed by uninstalling and reinstalling Navigating Life.

Resetting your Location & Privacy Settings

For Apple Devices

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Go to General.
  3. Select Transfer or Reset iPhone.
  4. Tap Reset.
  5. Select Reset Location & Privacy.
  6. Enter your passcode and tap Reset Settings.
  7. Locate the App on Your Home Screen.
  8. Remove the App: Press and hold the Navigating Life app icon, then select Remove App from the options that appear.
  9. Reinstall the App: Go to the App Store, search for Navigating Life, and reinstall it.

Important: After resetting Location & Privacy, ensure that location and camera access are re-enabled for Navigating Life.
