2.0 Status Update

Posts made between October 8th and November 18th on version 2.0 have now been successfully migrated to version 3.0. The migration process was completed on December 5th between 5:30 PM and 6:00 PM EST. Please note that comments on these posts are still being imported and will gradually become available.

Fix for the Like Bug

We’ve resolved an issue with likes: repeat likes are no longer present, and the displayed like count now accurately reflects the actual number of likes.

Group Auto-Select and Group Saving

Auto-Save Last Group: The app now automatically remembers the last group you visited. When you reopen the app, it will take you directly back to that group for a seamless experience.
Auto-Select Group for Posts: When posting behavior logs or other posts, the app will now automatically select the group you’re currently viewing.

Admin Performance Optimizations

Our latest admin and server updates have greatly reduced the load time on the Admin Dashboard – admin users should notice a significant difference in performance.

Optimizations to the Post Feed

We enabled caching, media compression, and sped up our queries so the posts and groups will load faster and are more optimized for your use.

Android Switching Groups Fix

The issue that was causing Android to crash when switching groups has been resolved.

Delete Bug

Resolved the issue where admins were unable to delete posts.

For administrators of the app with admin portal access, here is the latest list of updates:

Performance Improvements

We recently pushed a server side update to improve app load/speed on all devices.

Posting & Logging Updates

Removed the forced cropping on Camera Photos
Added a “Done” button to the post captions and behavior log notes field to dismiss keyboard when done typing
Updated the Behaviors List UI to wrap better on smaller screens

Removed Comment/Message Lag

We’ve removed the lag that was occurring between posting a comment and sending a message, which caused confusion that the comment and/or message did not go through. This was leading some users to post the same comment/message twice. When clicking ‘submit’, it now loads the new comment/message.

Enhanced Image UI/UX

Due to user feedback, we added the ability to click images into full screen mode and allow zooming in for individual images.

How to access: When viewing a single image on a post click the middle of the photo to enter the image view and be able to pinch, zoom or pan within the image.
